Me in New Studio This is me in my studio. It's all kitted out now and electrics going in Monday or Tuesday so it will up and running which is just as well as I have a lot to do. It's been a bit of a year so far. What with Merice's illness and the recent death of my dear old mum it is understandable that my 'art' life has been on hold and things have been piling up. However things are just about back to normal and I can get back to work. So what's to do? I have three commissions to complete by the end of this month, get some images ready for inclusion on an exciting new website, photograph and catalogue a load of my early paintings that I have received back from Mum's and organise a one day workshop for early September. So yes...things have indeed piled up! I suppose the question is where to start? Well the sun is shining for a change and we are just seven miles from the sea so I think the best course of action is to have a cuppa and then head off to the beach with Merice and Dilly. I reckon that's the best way to proceed don't you. An artist's life is indeed a happy one. Have a nice day yourself. Glenn
